Dawn, COS, COSP, TCS, PHM joined Cyril Court Apartments in 2022 and has professionally managed properties throughout the Chicagoland area. As the property manager, she is responsible for resident relations, leasing and general day-to-day management of 205 apartment homes. Starting her career as a janitor helper for the Chicago Housing Authority in 1988, Dawn brings over 30 years of property management experience.
