Jeff is the maintenance supervisor, and his responsibilities include overseeing the repair, maintenance and contract services for 383 senior apartment homes. Prior to joining Solaire in 1994, he worked for a national, multi-family housing management firm for 26 years. His certifications include UPCS and EPA HVAC, as well as manager of maintenance with the National Center for Housing Management. He was a member of the Main Team, where he was a trainer for all maintenance technicians who wanted to become certified.
