Jennifer is the regional manager for six apartment communities and oversees the daily operations of 1,313 units in Southfield, South Lyon and Ypsilanti, Michigan. Her property management career began in 1995 and includes working in seven other states. She was licensed to sell real estate in several states. Jennifer earned her accredited residential manager ARM® designation through the Institute of Real Estate Management in 2007, as well as has taken courses in low-income housing tax credits, Section 8 compliance and HUD Real Estate Assessment. She joined M2 Property Group in 2020.
