Krystin currently serves as the property manager, managing the day-to-day operations for 192 apartment homes at Water's Edge Apartments. Krystin offers a wide range of skills from her ability to develop employees with mentoring and training, to her strong financial planning abilities. She wears many hats, being a leader, a social worker, a financial analyst and a marketing extraordinaire. Krystin has been in property management since 2008 and continues to love every aspect of the field. She loves both the people she works alongside of and the residents she is able to assist. Krystin firmly believes that this industry is part of her DNA and there is nothing else like it!
