Krystin currently serves as Property Manager at Water's Edge Apartments, where she oversees the day-to-day operations of 192 apartment homes.
Since beginning her property management career in 2008, Krystin has developed a wide range of skills, from mentoring and developing employees to financial planning, marketing, and resident relations. Like many in property management, she wears many hats—leader, problem-solver, financial analyst, mentor, and marketer—all while supporting her team and residents.
Krystin continues to love every aspect of property management, especially the people she works alongside and the residents she has the opportunity to assist. She firmly believes the industry is part of her DNA and says, "There's nothing else like it!"
