Max brings more than two decades of experience in the ownership and management of various real estate projects and ventures. His experience includes oversight of management and leasing operations of M2 Property Group’s 6,000+ apartment portfolio that includes over 25 different properties located in eight states. Many of these assets required large scale rehab, lease-ups and upgrades. The organization is well-respected within the industry. Max, who holds an Illinois real estate license, is assembling and leading professional teams for each property and project.
