Michael, a Licensed Real Estate Broker, co-founded M2 Property Group after working in the field of Real Estate Management, acquisitions and finance since 1999. As a Senior Associate for a leading, national seniors housing lending institution, Michael was responsible for HUD & FNMA loan originations and underwriting for a number of mid-large multifamily and health care property loans. In 2002, Michael joined a local real estate management firm as Property Manager of 250 apartment units located in Chicago and Springfield, IL. As the portfolio grew, so did Michael's responsibilities within the firm and he eventually transitioned to the role of Chief Operating Officer, leading their acquisitions team as well as overseeing operations of 1,500 apartment units in multiple states.
Today, Michael acts as the Managing Broker for M2's Illinois brokerage activity, while also serving in an advisory role for M2's continued growth. He is also an active investor in a number of the apartment communities that M2 manages.
