Rick is a regional maintenance supervisor, responsible for maintenance training and special projects for our sites across the Midwest. Rick is also the maintenance supervisor for Woodcrest Apartments where he leads a team of five talented technicians who maintain, repair and renovate 331 apartment homes all in-house. Rick joined M2 Property Group in 2004 after over a decade of multi-family maintenance experience with a large national management firm. Rick holds a Universal Heating Ventilation and Cooling EPA 608 Technician Certification as well as being a Certified Lead Renovator and a Certified Pool Operator. Rick’s many talents and his outstanding leadership earned him Supervisor of the year.
