Scott Beals

Scott, a Certified Apartment Manager (CAM), Certified Apartment Portfolio Supervisor (CAPS) and Certified Property Manager (CPM®), joined M2 after working with a number of our assets since 2005. Scott has served as Property Manager, Regional Property Manager and Director of Operations for a Midwest based property management firm, focusing on their Indianapolis portfolio of apartments since 1993.  Scott oversees all M2 day-to-day property operations for the portfolio and his responsibilities include weekly reporting, vendor and resident relations, employee incentives, and conducting physical inspections of all assets. Scott also sets policies, maintains our database and website and provides training and support to our management staff.  Scott joined M2 Property Group in 2010 and holds a Universal Heating Ventilation and Cooling EPA 608 Technician Certification as well as being a Certified Lead Renovator.
